1. Home bleaching (which you do yourself in your own home, and can use it as and when you want). For ‘home bleaching’, your dentist prepares a custom mouth tray that ensures the right amount of whitening solution reaches your teeth. You have to wear this mouth tray everyday for one hour for 7 to 10 days to get the desired teeth whitening results.

One of the most popular brands for office bleaching is Zoom Bleaching System, USA. In case of ‘office bleaching’, the whitening process takes only 45 to 60 minutes, but is mostly accompanied by mild to moderate
As people continue to eat and drink coloured foods/drinks after teeth whitening, ‘bleached teeth’ get stained once again, over the time. Therefore, ‘teeth whitening’ is NEVER permanent, and has to be REPEATED on and off to maintain the whiteness. Keeping the above facts in mind, we mostly recommend ‘home bleaching’ for most of our patients. ‘Home bleaching’ is not only convenient and economical, but it also produces good results with least sensitivity (hypersensitivity).
