Syncrysatallisation is one of the most modern procedures in dental implant treatment wherein a prefabricated titanium bar of desired diameter is welded to the implant-abutments with the help of an 'Intra-oral welder'. This is done in order to achieve maximum 'stabilisation' of the implants in the jaw bone, almost immediately. This immediate stabilisation of the implants helps patients to get fixed artificial teeth immediately.
A successful protocol for immediate loading of multiple implants depends on an adequate fixation and immobility of the implants to prevent the risk of micro-movements in relation to the surrounding bone. 'Syncrysatallisation' certainly minimises these micro-movements.
